If this dog were black, we'd have a Black & Decker! And if there were two of them, we'd have a Double Decker! On April 14th, two-year-old Decker, a Beagle mix, was surrendered to the Sampson County Animal Shelter in North Carolina. The woman who surrendered Decker had found him as a stray about a year earlier. She kept him alone in an outside pen all that time. He was unsocialized, had no manners, and didn't know how to play. Not surprisingly, he was heartworm positive.
