You'll want to read Oscar's story to see how he became the Fresh Prince of Bel Air! About four years old, Oscar is believed to be a Labradoodle mix. He arrived as a stray on April 8th at the Lee County Animal Services shelter in North Carolina. As a large black dog in a crowded rural kill shelter, Oscar faced long odds of getting out of the shelter alive. To give Oscar a better chance of getting rescue interest, RADAR provided an offer to assist with his vetting costs.
